The wonderful aroma of mulled apple cider, fresh pineapple, and orange zests surrounded with spicy cinnamon and cloves. The history of the “Kissing Ball” can be dated to the middle ages but it became a common romantic symbol in the Victorian Era and by the end of the 19th Century the kissing ball symbolized romantic love. One custom had a kissing ball with a sprig of mistletoe hanging from it. Eventually in the 19th century, only the mistletoe remained. We, at Reeds in the Valley are traditionalists and undeniable romantics.
